PRODUCT: Conbextra GP 

A 1-part cementitious shrinkage compensated (referred to as non-shrink) general purpose grout. It can be mixed with variable amounts water to form a consistency from trowelable to highly fluid flowable grout. Compliant with BS EN1504-6: Anchoring of reinforcing steel bar and Class R4 BS EN 1504-3.


  • Baseplate grouting, stantion grouting,
  • For gap thicknesses from 10-75mm
  • Infilling joints between pre-cast concrete slabs / units / panels
  • Anchoring steel re-bar 
  • Installing / fixing tie-bars
  • Bedding (trowelable consistency)
  • As a dry-pack (trowelable consistency)


Remove dirt, debris, loose material and ensure the surface is sound, bolt holts should be blown clean as well. Flood the surface with water 2 hours prior to application and remove immediately before, but ensure no standing water is left including in bolt hole pockets.  Mix the Conbextra GP to the required consistency following the ratios laid out in the technical data sheet below.  Pour the in accordance with the technical data sheet, shuttering will be required for flowable applications and Conbextra GP can be pumped if large volumes are required. It is recommended that exposed surfaces should be cured with Concure WB, continuous application of water and/or wet hessian.
