Non-Shrink Grouts and Anchors - Snapshot

From simple void filling to precision engineering applications we have a vast range of grouting, anchoring and fixing products to meet every situation. Cement based grouts with non-shrink characteristics are used for filling and grouting of base plates in steel framed buildings, machinery beds, crane rails, balustrades, bridge bearing pads and dowel bars. They can be used from “dry pack” to highly flowable consistencies without compromising on strength and non -shrink properties.

Higher performance resin non -shrink grouts are available for situations demanding resistance to dynamic loading, vibration and corrosion due to harsh environments and chemical attack. They are ideally suited for machinery anchoring and bedding in the automotive and canning industries.

Our systems offer perfect solutions for all high strength, non-shrink grouting, anchoring and fixing applications.

Cement-Based Grouts

Pozament General Purpose Construction Grout (formerly Tarmac Cemrok Easi Flow Grout) - a high-strength general purpose non-shrink cementitious grout. It achieves high in service performance. It is high flow during the application process, ensuring that it penerates, levels and does not bleed or shrink.

Sikagrout 212 - a versatile high strength flowable non shrink grout.Used for stanchion plates, void filling, machine base plates and concrete repairs. Economical grouting solution.

Conbextra GP - a general purpose non shrink grout for void filling, base plates, balustrades, ground anchors. Good final strength 64N/mm2. Used from mortar to pourable consistencies. 10-100mm depths.

Ultracrete HF Precision Grout - a high early strength non-shrink grout complying with Dept. of Transport Highways Specification. Flowable consistency for bedding bridge bearings and motorway structure applications. 10mm – 100mm depths. Final compressive strength 65N/mm2.

Conbextra HF - a highly flowable non-shrink product for use in locations of poor access. It may be pumped or poured. Has high final strength 82N/mm2. 10-100mm depths

Ultracrete Post Fix - a rapid hardening concrete ideal for fixing, road signs, fence posts, minor installations, haunchings, street lighting columns, speed cameras and street furniture.

Epoxy Resin Grouts

Nitofill LV/TH - epoxy resin injection and crack repair grouts for concrete and masonry. High bond strengths accommodating crack widths of 0.25-9mm.

Conbextra EP10/EPR - a versatile range of epoxy resin grouts for use from 0.25mm – 120mm used for fine crack repairs in concrete to machine and bridge bearing installations.

E33 Epoxy Grout - part of a range of high strength epoxy resin grouts for demanding situations. High resistance to dynamic loading and vibration. For gaps of 10 - 50mm

E70 Epoxy Grout - part of a range of high strength epoxy resin grouts for demanding situations. High resistance to dynamic loading and vibration. For gaps of 35 - 70mm

Resin Anchor Grouts / Fixings

Fosroc Lokfix S25 / P25 - two rapid setting and hardening resin grouts for fixing bolts, studs, access ladders, railings etc. into concrete and masonry. Used to wall ties and balustrades quickly. Corrosion resistant with high Pullout strengths. For use in both horizontal And vertical situations.

Anchorset Green 300 - a high bond strength fixing and grouting resin for anchors, studs and holding down bolts. Ideal for multiple use fixing of wall tiles and dowel bars.
