Arcon can supply low viscosity and thixotropic non-shrink epoxy resins along with injection kits for the repair of fine and hairline cracks in brickwork, concrete and masonry. Low viscosity grades are excellent for penetrating thin cracks, while thixotropic grades are ideal for vertical, inverted / overhead and limited access situations.
Epicon Injection Resin LV a low viscosity non-shrink two-part solvent-free epoxide crack injection resin for maximum penetration of cracks down to 0.1mm. It has excellent bond strength and can be used on cracks in concrete, brickwork and masonry to consolidate the structural element. It can be used in harsh environments, has good water and chemical resistance. It can be used on damp surfaces and can eliminate water penetration. NOTE - Formfil is only required for injection applications, it is not required if using the reservoir method (see end of thsi page for application step-by-step guidance).
Epicon Injection Resin Thixo a thixotropic non-shrink two-part solvent-free epoxide crack injection resin for vertical and limited access cracks where a free-flowing grout would leak out. Suitable for cracks down to 0.1mm.
Epoxy Injection Grout a low viscosity epoxy resin grout for gaps and cracks in concrete from 0.1 - 10mm widths
Epoxy Thixotropic Injection Grout a high strength grout for filling gaps in concrete of 0.1 - 10mm in situations where formwork cannot be or is difficult to use.
Nitofil LV a low viscosity system for the injection of cracks between 0.25 mm and 9 mm wide in concrete and masonry, where both sides of the crack can be sealed to prevent resin drainage.
Nitofil TH a thixotropic grout for the injection of cracks 0.5 to 9 mm wide in concrete and masonry, and has been specially formulated to minimise the drainage of resin from cracks which are incompletely sealed.
Sikadur 52 a low viscosity injection resin with good adhesion to concrete, mortar, stone, steel and wood. used to fill and seal voids and cracks in structures such as bridges and other civil engineering buildings, industrial and residential buildings, e.g. columns, beams, foundations, walls, floors and water retaining structures. It not only forms an effective barrier against water infiltration and corrosion promoting media, but it also structurally bonds the concrete sections together.
Conbextra EP a versatile range of epoxy resin grouts for use from 0.25 mm – 120 mm used for fine crack repairs in concrete to machine and bridge bearing installations.
