Our range of trowel applied epoxy resin screeds are selected for excellent chemical resistance. Combining this quality with long tem durability concrete floors overlaid with epoxy resin screeds can last a life time with little maintenance.
The anti-slip characteristic of an epoxy screed lends itself ideally to fork lift truck trafficking areas in heavy industrial environments such as engineering and processing plants. The high impact and dynamic load resistance makes such screeds invaluable in workshops, high volume loading bays, quaysides and have found extensive use in the car manufacturing industry.

Sealofloor EP Mortar a 3-15mm heavy duty epoxy resin screed and repair mortar for battery rooms, drink processing and loading areas.
Epoxypatch HD a 5-100mm heavy duty floor screed and repair concrete for aggressive environments. Excellent as a bedding for machinery.
Nitomortar S a fast and permanent reinstatement mortar for acid tanks, bunded areas and industrial floors.

For areas which must be steam cleaned or are subject to other aggressive cleaning regimes polyurethane resin systems come into their own;

Flowfresh MF - a 4mm heavy duty chemically resistant, anti-microbial treated polyurethane screed.

Whilst many systems are trowel applied, seamless resin floors boasting many of the same characteristics are installed as self-smoothing or levelling screeds. They provide smooth dense surfaces which are durable, hygienic and easy to clean. Our seamless self-levelling screeds, including Sealofloor EP Screed and Flowshield SL, are available in an attractive range of colours ( minimum quantities are required).
